Ingredients
- 300g chicken mince
- 2 tbsp Mingle Bagel Seasoning
- 2 tbsp Mingle Sweet Chilli Sauce
- ½ cup grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 large wraps, tortillas or flatbreads
- 1 tbsp oil
- Optional: sliced tomato, baby spinach
Directions
Mix chicken mince with Bagel Seasoning and Sweet Chilli Sauce in a bowl.
- Spread a thin, even layer of the raw mince mixture directly onto one side of each flatbread — pressing it down to stick firmly.
- Flip the flatbread meat-side down into a hot oiled pan over medium-high heat. Cook for 4–5 minutes until the mince is browned and cooked through.
- Flip again. Sprinkle cheese (and optional spinach or tomato) on half of the wrap. Fold in half like a quesadilla.
- Toast for another 1–2 minutes per side, pressing gently, until golden and cheese is melted.
- Slice and serve hot.
Recipe Note
Swap: Use gluten-free wraps if needed.
