Ingredients

500g chicken thigh or breast, chunky diced

2 cups corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned and drained)

2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced

1 onion, diced

2 celery stalks, diced

2 tbsp Mingle Everything Bagel Seasoning

3 cups chicken stock

½ cup cream (added at end)

1 tbsp butter or olive oil (optional, for richness)
Directions
Add chicken, corn, potatoes, onion, celery, Bagel Seasoning, and stock to the slow cooker. Stir to combine.
Cook:
- Low: 6–7 hours
- High: 3–4 hours- Use a stick blender to partially blend the chowder for a thick, chunky texture (optional).
- Stir in cream and butter (if using). Cook on low for another 10–15 minutes to heat through.
- Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve hot.
Recipe Note
Make it dairy-free: Use coconut milk or omit cream altogether
Extra veggies: Add carrot, capsicum, or baby spinach in the last hour
Freezer-friendly: Cool completely before freezing in portions
