Ingredients

6 sausages (beef, chicken or pork)

1 onion, diced

1 carrot, diced
-
1 cup of frozen peas

Mingle Curried Sausages Sauce
-
1/2 cup of chicken stock
-
800g potatoes, peeled and quartered
-
2 tbsp butter for potatoes

Splash of milk
-
Salt & pepper to taste
-
200ml of Cream
-
½ cup of parmesan
Directions
Preheat oven to 180 fan
- Put your potatoes on to boil, cook until soft.
- Add some olive oil to a pan and cook the sausages. Remove and slice.
- Add diced onions and cook for a few minutes until soft.
Add the sausages back into the pan then pour over Mingle Curried Sausage Sauce, 1/2 cup of stock, cream and diced carrots & stir.
Simmer 15 minutes until everything is nicely coated and the sauce has thickened. Stir through peas.
- Drain your potatoes, and mash them with milk, butter salt & pepper.
Spoon the sausage mixture into your baking dish and top with mashed potatoes. Sprinkle cheese over the top. Fluff with a fork for a golden crust.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbling.
