Ingredients
- 
130g Frozen chicken dumplings 
- 
120ml chicken stock 
- 
20ml light coconut milk 
- 
1/2 tsp soy sauce 
- 
1/2 tsp crushed garlic 
- 
1/2 tsp crushed ginger 
- 
20g cherry tomatoes 
- 
Bok choy 
- 
                
                
1/4 packet Mingle Satay seasoning 
Directions
- Add all curry ingredients (stock, coconut milk, soy, garlic, ginger and seasoning) to a large baking dish. 
- Mix well and top with cherry tomatoes, bok choy and dumplings. 
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15–20 minutes. 
- Garnish and enjoy as is or serve on rice.
