Ingredients
- 300g cooked shredded chicken
- 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt or mayo
- 2 tbsp Mingle Dill & Garlic Ranch Seasoning
- 1 stick celery, finely chopped
- 1 spring onion, finely sliced
- Baby cos lettuce leaves
Directions
In a bowl, mix chicken, yoghurt or mayo, celery, spring onion, and seasoning.
- Spoon into lettuce cups.
- Serve chilled.
