Ingredients

500g x white fish, cut into chunks

8 x tortillas
Slaw

1 x cup of cabbage, finely shredded

½ x red onion

3 x slices of pineapple, cut into chunks

2 x tbsp of Mingle Avo & Guac Topper

1 x lime, juiced

2 x tbsp of olive oil
-
1 x tbsp of mayo or Greek yoghurt
Fish Marinade

2 x tbsp of olive oil
-
3 x tbsp of Mingle Avo & Guac Topper

1 x tbsp hot sauce (your fave)
Toppings

1 x avocados, sliced

1 x cup sour cream
Directions
Mix all marinade ingredients into a bowl
Cover fish and leave in the fridge for 20 minutes in a ziplocked bag
Mix all slaw ingredients together in a bowl and set aside for use in your tacos
Grill fish in an airfryer or on a BBQ for about 3-4 minutes on each side
Assemble and serve on warm tortillas with any toppings you like. We love avo slices, slaw & sour cream.
