Ingredients

2 chicken breasts, diced
- Mingle Japanese BBQ Sauce

Rice
- Red Cabbage, shredded
- 1 tsp Rice Wine Vinegar
- !/2 tsp Mingle Rice Topper Seasoning
- 1 cup of Edamame Beans
- 1 Spring Onion
- Sesame seeds to garnish

Directions
Dice chicken into bite sized pieces and coat in Mingle Japanese BBQ Sauce, marinate for at least 15 minutes
- Cook the rice according to instructions
- Heat a drizzle of oil into a pan on medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken and cook for 4-6 mins until cooked through.
- Whilst cooking, assemble your slaw: shredded cabbage, 1 tsp rice wine vinegar, sprinkle of Mingle Rice Topper Seasoning
- Assemble your bowl with, rice as the base. Then top with chicken, edamame, red cabbage and a sprinkle of sesame seeds and spring onion
