Looking to try something new in the kitchen? This Italian sushi roll combines classic sushi rolling techniques with Italian flavors to create a delightful appetizer that will impress your guests. Follow these step-by-step instructions to make your very own Italian sushi!
Ingredients

1 packet prosciutto (100g)

80g mozzarella cheese
-
4 sundried tomatoes
-
1 large handful rocket
-
1 tsp Mingle Garlic & Herb seasoning
Optional Extras:
-
Drizzle of olive oil
-
Balsamic glaze for serving
Directions
Arrange the prosciutto slices slightly overlapping to form a rectangle.
Place the rocket evenly across the prosciutto.
Slice the bocconcini and sundried tomatoes and layer them on top.
Sprinkle over the garlic & herb seasoning.
Using the cling wrap, tightly roll everything up into a log (like sushi).
Place in the fridge for at least 20–30 minutes to firm up (this will help you cut it evenly!)
Slice into rounds.
Finish with a little more Mingle Garlic & Herb seasoning and a drizzle of olive oil or balsamic glaze if desired.
