Ingredients

150g beef mince

1 tbsp Mingle’s Burger Seasoning

1 slice of tasty cheese

3 thin slices of tomato

2 iceberg lettuce leaves

3 pickles

1 tbsp finely diced brown onion
- 1.5 tbsp mayo

1 tbsp Mingle’s Burger Seasoning

Directions
- Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together mayo and Mingle’s Burger Seasoning to create your homemade burger sauce. Set aside.
Prepare the Patty: Combine beef mince and Mingle’s Burger Seasoning. Roll into a ball, then flatten slightly. Cook in a hot pan on high heat, flipping halfway through. Place a slice of tasty cheese on top and let it melt.
Assemble the Wrap: Spread the homemade burger sauce generously on the wrap. Layer one side with iceberg lettuce and tomato slices. Add the cooked patty to the other side and top with diced onion and pickles.
Fold and Toast: Fold the wrap tightly to enclose the filling. Toast in a hot pan for 30 seconds on each side until golden and crispy.
Slice in half and enjoy your quick, flavour-packed burger sauce wrap!
