Ingredients
- 500g beef mince
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1½ tbsp Mingle Use Me On Everything seasoning
- 2 cups chopped iceberg or romaine lettuce
- ½ cup diced tomatoes
- ½ cup grated cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- ¼ cup pickles, sliced
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 1½ tbsp Mingle Tomato Sauce
- Optional: splash of apple cider vinegar or mustard for extra tang
Directions
Cook the beef: Heat a pan over medium heat. Add olive oil and beef mince. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
- Season it: Stir in Mingle Use Me On Everything seasoning and cook for another 1–2 minutes until well coated and flavourful.
- Make the burger sauce: In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt with Mingle Tomato Sauce. Add a splash of mustard or apple cider vinegar if you like a tangy kick.
- Prep the salad: Chop lettuce, dice tomatoes, and slice pickles.
- Assemble bowls: In each bowl, layer lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and pickles.
- Top & dress: Add seasoned beef mince, then drizzle or dollop with the burger yogurt sauce.
- Serve: Enjoy immediately, or pack components separately for meal prep.
Recipe Note
Meal prep: Store cooked mince and sauce separately for up to 3–4 days. Assemble fresh before eating.
Customise it: Add red onion, avocado, or jalapeños for extra crunch or heat.
Low-carb hack: Use shredded lettuce as a base to replace burger buns guilt-free.
