Ingredients

Medium salmon fillet, skin off
- Olive oil

2 tbsp Mingle Greek Garlic Seasoning
- ½ cup celery, diced
- 3 radish bulbs, grated
- ½ red onion, diced
- 2 tbsp dill, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
- 1 cup rocket
- ¾ cup pasta, cooked
Salad Dressing:

2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp garlic, mince

2 tsp Mingle Greek Garlic Seasoning
- ½ lemon juice
Directions
Lightly coat the salmon fillet with olive oil, then rub Mingle Greek Garlic Seasoning over the top. Air-fry at 180°C for 8–10 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillet. Allow it to cool completely, then break it into chunks.
- Whisk the salad dressing ingredients together until well combined.
- In a large bowl, add the celery, radish, red onion, dill, parsley, rocket, and cooked pasta. Top with the salmon chunks and pour over the dressing. Use tongs to toss until everything is evenly coated.
