Ingredients
- 500g White fish
- 1 sachet Mingle’s Green Curry Recipe Base
- 1 egg

1 tbsp Tamari or light soy sauce
- 1-2 tbsp cornflour
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 - 2 tbsp fish sauce
- Olive oil (to fry)

Mingle’s Sweet Chilli Sauce (To Serve)

Lettuce Leaves (To serve)
Directions
Place Fish, egg, corn flour, Mingle’s Green Curry sachet, Tamari, Fish sauce & garlic
- Process briefly until the mixture comes together but is still a bit chunky
- Roll mixture into 10-12 round balls and flatten to resemble a fishcake
- Heat large frying pan on medium, drizzle olive oil then place ½ the fishcakes in and cook for 5 mins (until golden browned on both sides) press down on the fishcakes with a spatula while cooking
- Repeat with remaining fishcakes
- Serve on lettuce leaves & dip in Mingle’s sweet chilli sauce
