Ingredients

1 Italian flatbread

1 egg
-
1 tbsp Mingle Chicken Bake recipe base

1 cup panko crumbs

2 tbsp cream cheese, mixed with fresh basil

Handful spinach
-
1 small burrata
-
Handful of sun-dried tomatoes
Directions
Whisk egg and Chicken Bake seasoning in a bowl.
Dip chicken into the egg mixture, then coat thoroughly in panko crumbs.
Shallow-fry the chicken for 5 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through.
Sprinkle mozzarella on half of a flatbread, fold, and pan-fry until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.
Open the toasted flatbread and spread the cream cheese mixture on one side.
Layer with spinach, burrata, the hot chicken schnitzel, and sun-dried tomatoes. Close and enjoy!
