Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts, cooked and shredded (approx. 400g)

250g cream cheese

220g Greek yoghurt

1 packet Mingle’s Buffalo Chicken Recipe Base

1 handful mozzarella cheese (plus extra for topping)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, Greek yoghurt, Mingle’s Buffalo Chicken Recipe Base, and mozzarella. Mix well until everything is evenly incorporated.
Transfer the mixture into a baking dish, sprinkle extra cheese on top, and bake for 15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
Garnish with fresh parsley.
Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
