BBQ Fish Rice Paper Rolls

- 200g white fish (e.g., basa)

Mingle’s Backyard BBQ Seasoning

¼ cup cabbage (finely diced)

¼ avocado (sliced)

¼ cup cherry tomatoes (halved)

2 tbsp cooked corn

Rice paper rolls
-
Cos lettuce
Directions
- Place your fish in a bowl and coat it in Mingle’s Backyard BBQ Seasoning.
Pan Fry Method: Heat a pan over medium-high heat with a little oil. Cook the fish for 3–4 minutes per side, or until golden and cooked through.
Wet 3 rice paper rolls and place them on your chopping board.
Layer all ingredients, then wrap the roll.
Slice and enjoy!
