Ingredients

500g rump steak, cubed
1 medium sweet potato, peeled & cubed
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Mingle Backyard BBQ Seasoning
Skewers (soaked if wooden)

Directions

Microwave sweet potato cubes for 2–3 mins until just tender.
Toss beef and par-cooked sweet potato in oil and Backyard BBQ Seasoning.
Thread beef and sweet potato onto skewers.
Grill on BBQ or griddle pan over medium-high heat for 8–10 minutes, turning to char all sides.
