Ingredients
- 500g rump steak, cubed
- 1 medium sweet potato, peeled & cubed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp Mingle Backyard BBQ Seasoning
- Skewers (soaked if wooden)
Directions
Microwave sweet potato cubes for 2–3 mins until just tender.
- Toss beef and par-cooked sweet potato in oil and Backyard BBQ Seasoning.
- Thread beef and sweet potato onto skewers.
- Grill on BBQ or griddle pan over medium-high heat for 8–10 minutes, turning to char all sides.
