Just the right amount of crackle and crunch. These Choc Crackles are the perfect little sweet treat when those sweet cravings are real!
What you need:
2 cups puffed rice
1/2 cup coconut oil
2 Tbsp raw cacao
3 Tbsp of Rice Malt Syrup
How to make:
- Melt the coconut oil in a medium saucepan and then add the raw cacao, rice malt syrup and Stella. Mix through the puffed rice.
- Place the mixture into cupcake moulds in a cupcake tray and place in the fridge to set. Store in the fridge.
