Spag bol tray bake
- 500g Protein. We used:
- - Chicken Thigh but you can also use... Lamb, Beef, Pork, Chickpeas
- 3-4 Types of Veggies. We used:
- - Capsicum
- - Pumpkin
- - Zucchini
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 30g Mingle's SPAG BOL sachet (Now available at COLES)
Prepare ingredients by chopping and cubing protein and veg.
Add protein and veg into a baking dish, then oil and sprinkle over the sachet mix. Ensure everything gets a good even coating.
Bake at 180ºC for 30mins or until chicken is cooked. Serve hot or cold.
