Spag Bol Meatballs





  • 500g Protein. We used:
  • - Lean Beef Mince but you can also    use... Chicken, Turkey, Tofu
  • 3-4 Types of Veggies
  • - Onion
  • - Carrot
  • - Capsicum
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 30g Mingle's SPAG BOL sachet (Now available at COLES)
  • 500ml Passata
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 Cup Breadcrumbs
  • Pasta


STEP 1: Mix together protein, breadcrumbs, egg and 3/4 of the sachet contents. Form into balls with 1 tbsp of mixture. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

STEP 2: Add meatballs to pot, and cook until browned on the outside. Remove from the pot and brown onion, add in the passata and remaining spices.

STEP 3: Place meatballs back in the pot until cooked through. Serve with pasta, or enjoy on their own.
