Spag Bol Burger

We've been playing around in the kitchen and WOW spag bol burger is not only easy to make but super tasty as well! This flavour combo will not disappoint you, so definitely give it a try!

 Spag Bol Burger

 

Ingredients:

½ onion, grated

500g beef mince

❏ ½ c bread crumbs

❏ 4 burger buns

❏ 1 tomato, sliced

❏ 1 avocado, sliced

❏ Iceberg lettuce, to serve  

❏ 1/3 cup tomato sauce/ relish

❏ 30g Mingle's Spag Bol Spice Blend

 

Instructions:
  1. Start by dicing the onions. Heat 2tbsp of olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat, and cook the onions for 3 minutes or until browned.
  2. In a separate bowl mix together the beef mince, cooked onion and the Spag Bol spice blend. Divide the mixture into 6 portions and form patties.
  3. Add 2tbsp of olive oil into a large saucepan over medium heat. Grill patties for 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  4. Serve on a burger bun with toppings. We like big buns and we cannot lie! Enjoy!
