Halloumi Skewers

The perfect BBQ recipe to share with friends!

What you need:
  • 1 zucchini, cut into half moons

  • 1 red onion, cut into wedges

  • 1 red capsicum cut into 1cm squares

  • 1 yellow capsicum cut into 1cm squares

  • 1 block of Halloumi, cut into squares

  • olive oil for frying

  • 1/2 a lemon

  • Siena Garlic & herb Seasoning

    How to make:
    1. Make each skewer by adding a price of zucchini, red capsicum in each colour, onion and halloumi and repeat until the skewer is full. Then do the same for the other skewers. Sprinkle Siena all over the top of the skewers. 
    2. Then, melt some olive oil on the BBQ or grill plate. Brush the skewers with a little olive oil, a squeeze of lemon juice too if you like, and cook on the barbecue grill for 5-10 mins, turning regularly, until golden and a little charred on all sides.
