Mingle's Grilled Garlic Prawns

Ingredients:

20 X prawns (peeled and deveined)
1 X knob of butter
1 X 1/4 green cabbage
1 X 1/4 red cabbage
1 X carrot (grated)
1 X handful seed mix for crunch 
3 X tablespoons of olive oil
2 X cups of rice
1 X lemon
1 X red onion (finely sliced) 
Mingle Garlic and Herb Seasoning
1 X tablespoon of vinegar 


Method: 

1. Finely chop cabbage, carrots and red onion.
2. Toss in a bowl with a dressing made from vinegar, olive oil, Mingle Garlic and Herb Seasoning, salt and pepper to season. Top with seed mix.
3. In a pot, melt butter with 2 tablespoons of Mingle Garlic & Herb Seasoning and a squeeze of lemon juice.
4. Peel shell of prawns and devein.
5. On a BBQ or pan, grill prawns until just cooked. Add prawns into a mixing bowl. 
6. In the bowl, toss in the Mingle butter mixture. Serve with salad and rice.
