Not sure what to make for dinner tonight? These fritters are delicious and so easy to make, as well as being a great way to get your veggies in!
What you need:
1 cup diced cauliflower
1 cup diced broccoli
1/3 cup feta
1 tbsp wholemeal flour
coconut or olive oil
2 tbsp Sally Ranch seasoning
How to make:
- Combine broccoli, cauliflower, feta, eggs, Sally and flour in a bowl.
- Heat a large frying pan over medium heat and add 1 tbsp of oil.
- Once hot, scoop mixture into a fritter shape and place into pan.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Do this until you run out of batter.
