Does this ever not go down well? When you do something so simple so well, it always hits the spot.
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp Coconut oil
- 4 x 200g Scotch fillet
- 2 Tbsp of Mingle’s Sammy All Purpose
- 2 Tbsp of Mingle’s Siena Garlic and Herb
- 4 Sweet potatoes, sliced into fries
- 1 bunch of silverbeet, roughly chopped
Preheat the oven to 180c and line a baking tray. Arrange the sweet potato onto the tray and drizzle with the olive oil and sprinkle with Siena garlic and herb seasoning. Cook for 40 minutes.
When the fries have 20 minutes to go, heat up half the coconut oil in a fry pan and saute the silverbeet.
Then heat the rest of the coconut oil on a grill plate over medium-high heat and cook the steaks for 5 minutes each side or until cooked to your liking.
Serve the steaks with the sweet potato fries and silverbeet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
