One pan Recipe | Smokey Chicken

Let the oven do all the hard work for you! Simply SHAKE and then BAKE with the help of Mingle's Smokey Sass!

One Pan Oven Cooked Smokey Chicken

Ingredients

  • 700g kent pumpkin, cut into 3cm chunks
  • 1 cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 2 zucchinis, sliced
  • 2 red capsicums, cut into chunks
  • 8 chicken thighs
  • 2 Tbsp of Mingle’s Sass Smokey seasoning
  • 3 Tbsp coconut or olive oil

 

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180c and line two baking trays. Cover both trays with The vegetables and chicken thighs and drizzle with coconut or olive oil.
  2. Sprinkle with Sass smokey seasoning
  3. Bake for 50 minutes or until golden and then serve!
