Cauliflower steaks make for a fun and different side to your dinner. Serve it with a slow cooked lamb, or just top it with some avo!
What you need:
Coconut oil or olive oil
Tahini, to serve
How to make:
- Preheat the oven to 190c and line a baking tray
- Cut the cauliflower down the centre into 2cm thick 'steaks'. You should be able to get two steaks out of each cauliflower. (Safe the rest of the cauliflower for a salad!)
- Drizzle with olive oil or coconut oil and sprinkle with Sahara. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden. Drizzle with tahini to serve
