Super Health Hack: Next time you're cooking sweet potato, add a little cinnamon with coconut oil onto the chips. The cinnamon helps to combat a spike in blood sugar levels from the sweet potato. Plus it tastes amazing. 

  1. Preheat the oven to 180c and line a baking tray 
  2. Add the cut up sweet potato
  3. drizzle with melted coconut oil 
  4. Sprinkle over cinnamon and salt and bake for 45 minutes. 
  5. Enjoy!
