So many of us use the excuse of 'I don't have time' when it comes to making a healthy breakfast in the morning.
Well here's a tip:
- Put all your ingredients for a filling smoothie in your blender the night before so all you have to do in the morning is add the frozen stuff and BLEND BABY!
Our fave way to do this is add:
- almond butter
- chia seeds
- coconut milk
- greens powder
- whey protein powder
into the blender and keep in the fridge overnight.
Then in the morning add:
- steamed then frozen fruit, cauliflower or zucchini
and BLEND BABY BLEND!
