Beat the 3pm slump by adding more fat to your meals, especially lunch.

If you are finding that you are reaching for more food 2-3 hours after your meal, then up the fat content. Fat is satiating and will keep you full for longer and also help reduce the 3pm slump. It's brain fuel!

 Mingle's Founder, Jords Evans found that when she added more fat to her meals, she wouldn't get brain fog and would be able to pump out more Mingle work for longer! 


Add more of the following to your meals. 

  • avocado
  • nuts and seeds
  • olive oil 
  • coconut oil 
  • butter
  • fatty fish 
  • tahini 

P.s. Fat doesn't make you fat!
