Sweet Potato Hash Browns

Another epic way to start the weekend

What you need:
How to make:
  • Preheat the oven to 200c and line a baking tray
  • Chop up the sweet potato into chunks and pulse in batches in a food processor until it is chopped up into small rice sized bits.
  • Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until well combined. Then place the mixture into little piles on the baking tray and flatten into hash brown shapes
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until golden.
