The perfect Sunday morning breakfast – just add some eggs and bacon!
What you need:
1 head of cauliflower, broken into florets
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp olive oil
How to make:
- Preheat the oven to 200c and line a baking tray.
- In a food processor, pulse the cauliflower florets until they resemble a fine crumb
- Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix well to combine.
- Shape into 6 or so hashbrown shapes on the baking tray and cook for 25-30 minutes.
