Cauliflower Hash Browns

The perfect Sunday morning breakfast – just add some eggs and bacon!

What you need:
How to make:
  1. Preheat the oven to 200c and line a baking tray.
  2. In a food processor, pulse the cauliflower florets until they resemble a fine crumb
  3. Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix well to combine.
  4. Shape into 6 or so hashbrown shapes on the baking tray and cook for 25-30 minutes.
