What you need:
1 eggplant, cut into sticks
1 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
How to make:
- Preheat the oven to 200c and line a baking tray.
- In a bowl, toss the eggplant sticks and the coconut oil together. Lay onto tray.
- Sprinkle with Sass and bake for 20 - 30 minutes until golden
