Smokey Eggplant Dip

How to make:
  • Preheat the oven to 200c and line a baking tray.
  • In a bowl, toss the eggplant sticks and the coconut oil together. Lay onto tray.
  • Sprinkle with Sass and bake for 20 - 30 minutes until golden
