Serves 3-4 as a side dish
What you need:
2 bunches baby asparagus
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp of Siena garlic and herb seasoning
20g almonds, chopped (preferably activated)
zest of 1 lemon
How to make:
- Heat the coconut oil in a small frypan and add asparagus, and Siena garlic and herb
- Sauté for 3 minutes.
- Add half the almonds and 1 Tbsp lemon rind and continue to cook for another 5 minutes or until asparagus is tender.
- Remove from heat and garnish with leftover nuts and lemon rind.
