Sautéed Asparagus with Lemon Zest and Almonds

Serves 3-4 as a side dish

What you need:
How to make:
  1. Heat the coconut oil in a small frypan and add asparagus, and Siena garlic and herb
  2. Sauté for 3 minutes.
  3. Add half the almonds and 1 Tbsp lemon rind and continue to cook for another 5 minutes or until asparagus is tender.
  4. Remove from heat and garnish with leftover nuts and lemon rind.
