What you need:
How to make:
- In a bowl combine the mince, onion, egg, Siena and Sahara and mix well to combine.
- Mold into kofta shapes and set aside. Melt coconut oil in a grilling pan over medium heat and then fry each of the koftas, about 5 minutes either side
- Once all the koftas are cooked, serve them up my placing some yogurt, a squeeze of lemon juice and salt and pepper in a wrap and enjoy!
