What you need:
500g brussel sprouts
3 Tbsp coconut oil
How to make:
- Cut all the brussels in half and process in a food processor until shredded
- Heat the coconut oil in a fry pan and add the brussels and Siena.
- Saute for 10-15 minutes or until soft. Seasoning with 1 tsp salt.
