‘Cause we all need a little cheese over the holidays
What you need:
500g brussel sprouts, ends removed and cut into quarters
2 Tbsp ghee
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
How to make:
- Heat the ghee in a frying pan and cook the brussels over medium heat for 15 minutes until soft.
- Add the Siena and stir to combine. Add the parmesan and stir to combine.
