Breakfast Bowl

The perfect summer breakfast bowl! Filled with all the good stuff!

What you need:
  • 1 bunch of asparagus, woody ends removed

  • 1 bunch of broccolini, woody ends removed

  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil

  • 1 Tbsp Siena garlic and herb seasoning

  • 2 poached eggs

  • 1/2 an avocado

  • 1/2 Kale

How to make:
  1. In a frying pan, saute the asparagus and broccolini with the coconut oil and Siena seasoning until tender. (About 7 minutes)
  • Add the kale and continue to cook until bright green and wilted. Serve with 2 poached eggs and avocado
