The perfect BBQ meal!
What you need:
800g chicken mince
1 red onion finely diced
1/2 cup firmly packed flat leaf parsley
2 Tbsp Sammy All Purpose Seasoning
Coconut oil for frying
How to make:
- Mix the chicken mince, egg, onion, parsley and Sammy All Purpose seasoning together using your hands.
- Heat a grill pan over the stove on medium-high heat and then add a tablespoon of coconut oil. Ensure the whole pan is covered in oil.
- Mold the mixture into a patty shape and place onto the pan, one by one and cook for 5-7 minutes either side.
