How to make:
- Preheat the oven to 180c and line a baking tray. Lay out all the sweet potato sliced and spray with coconut oil and seasoning with Siena garlic and herb seasoning. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until crispy
- Tear the leaves off the kale stalks and place onto another baking tray. Spray with coconut oil and season with Sass Smokey seasoning. Bake for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, to make the guac, mash the avocado in a bowl. Then add the onion, lime juice, Sass smokey seasoning to the avocado and mix well
- Serve the guac with the chips
