Home Guacamole

Save the nasties in the generic Mexican guacamole mixes and the guacamole dip with preservative 211, and make your own in 10 minutes. This is soooo easy!!

What you need:
  • Guacamole:

  • 2 avocados

  • 1 red onion, diced

  •  Juice of 1 lime

  • 1 Tbsp Sass Smokey Seasoning or if you want some more spice use 1 Tbsp of Sofia spicy seasoning

  •  Chips:

  • 1 sweet potato, cut into very thin slices

  • 1 bunch of kale

How to make:
  • Preheat the oven to 180c and line a baking tray. Lay out all the sweet potato sliced and spray with coconut oil and seasoning with Siena garlic and herb seasoning. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until crispy
  • Tear the leaves off the kale stalks and place onto another baking tray. Spray with coconut oil and season with Sass Smokey seasoning. Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, to make the guac, mash the avocado in a bowl. Then add the onion, lime juice, Sass smokey seasoning to the avocado and mix well
  • Serve the guac with the chips
