These frozen choc bananas are the best guilt-free dessert for when you’re craving something a little naughty and nice! They’re a low GI snack and contain no refined sugars but will still satisfy those sweet food cravings.

  1. Cut bananas in half and insert a skewer

  4. Pop in the freezer overnight
